Family Law Advocacy and Guidance Services
Family Law Advocacy and Guidance Service (‘FLAGS’) is a specialist program of Community Justice Services SA. We deliver legal advice and representation to those who need support with their family law matter.
We also have a family advocate onboard to help support clients in managing the complexity of being in the Family Court.

You may be eligible for our service if:
- You have a Family Law matter
Children’s, Property settlement - You have been refused Legal Aid / run out of funding
- The matter is urgent or in Court
Children’s issues, Time Limitation, Other - There is an immediate risk of harm to you or your children
Community Justice Services SA is pleased to have received funding from the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department to expand Family Law Advocacy and Guidance Services.
We can help provide assistance to individuals and families who need support with their family law matter.
